Q: How do I access my BMC email?

  1. Go to https://outlook.office.com.

  2. Log in with your student ID email (for example: 30000000@bmc.edu.sa).

  3. For your first login, use the temporary password that was already sent to your personal email during enrollment.

  4. The system will then ask you to:

    • Create a new password of your choice.

    • Add your phone number for multi-factor authentication (this helps protect your account).

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Keep your new password safe and do not share it with anyone. Use your phone number for recovery in case you forget your password.


Q: Can I reset my email password if I forget it?

A: Yes! If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself through Office 365:

  1. Go to https://outlook.office.com.

  2. On the login page, click Forgot my password.

  3. Enter your BMC email address (for example: 30000000@bmc.edu.sa).

  4. Follow the steps to verify your identity. You will receive a code by:

    • Text message (if you added your phone number during your first login), or

    • Alternate email (if you set one up).

  5. After verification, you can create a new password and log back into your account.

Q: How do I log into the Student Information System (SIS)?

  1. Go to https://sis.bmc.edu.sa.

  2. Log in with your BMC ID (this is the first part of your email before @bmc.edu.sa, for example: if your email is 30000000@bmc.edu.sa, your BMC ID is 30000000).

  3. Use the password that was provided to you in the welcome email.

๐Ÿ‘‰ When you first log in, your SIS account might look empty. This is normal, it just means your schedule and academic details are still being prepared. Once your courses and data are updated, everything will appear.

  2. On the login page, click Sign in with a third-party account and choose your BMC college email.

  4. The first time you log in, you may see a welcome screen. Scroll down and press Get Started! to continue .

Q: Why canโ€™t I see my courses in Blackboard?

A: Courses appear in Blackboard only after your enrollment is processed in the SIS. If your SIS account is empty, your Blackboard will also look empty. Usually, this is fixed within 24 hours after your schedule is updated.

๐Ÿ“Œ Important: Your Blackboard account is activated only when the academic year starts. If you try to log in before that, you may not be able to access the system. Please wait until you receive confirmation from your Academic Affairs Department.

Q: Can I use Blackboard on my phone?

A: Yes. Blackboard has a mobile app for both iOS and Android:

  1. Search for โ€œBlackboardโ€ in your App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

  2. After installing, open the app and search for Batterjee Medical College.

  3. Select Web Login, then enter your BMC email and password.

  4. You will be redirected to the same login screen as on PC .

Q: What can I do in Blackboard?

A: Blackboard is your main online learning platform. You can use it to:

  • Check your grades and feedback from instructors according to BMC policy.

  • Access announcements and updates from your instructors .
